These Terms & Conditions govern the use of TradeSafe247 services. By signing up, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- About TradeSafe247
TradeSafe247 provides a subscription-based continuity cover service designed to help tradespeople and businesses minimise downtime and lost income by providing rapid replacement of tools following theft.
TradeSafe247 is not an insurance provider and does not offer insurance products.
- Eligibility
To be eligible for TradeSafe247 services, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be a tradesperson, contractor, or business using tools professionally
- Be based in the UK
- Provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up
TradeSafe247 reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership if eligibility criteria are not met.
- Subscription & Pricing
3.1 Subscription Model
TradeSafe247 operates on a monthly subscription basis.
3.2 Founding Member Offer
- The first 500 subscribers may qualify for a locked-in price of £10 per month for life, subject to ongoing membership.
- “For life” means for the lifetime of the membership, provided payments remain uninterrupted.
- If a subscription is cancelled or lapses, the locked-in price may be lost.
3.3 Payments
- Payments are taken monthly in advance.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
- Subscription fee is £15 per month. Future increases could be possible

4.1 What Is Covered
Subject to these Terms, TradeSafe247 may provide:
- Temporary replacement of essential tools following verified theft
- Tools supplied to allow you to return to work as quickly as possible
- Delivery typically within 24–48 hours, where reasonably possible
4.2 What Is Not Covered
TradeSafe247 does not cover:
- Loss, damage, or wear and tear
- Negligence or tools left unsecured
- Fraudulent or dishonest claims
- Consumables (unless explicitly stated)
- Vehicles, trailers, or storage units themselves
- Cash, electronics unrelated to trade tools, or personal items
- Theft Claims Process
To request tool replacement, you must:
- Report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number
- Notify TradeSafe247 as soon as reasonably possible
- Provide any requested evidence, which may include:
- Photos
- Tool lists
- Proof of ownership (where available)
- Police report details
TradeSafe247 reserves the right to:
- Investigate claims
- Refuse or limit replacement if information is incomplete, misleading, or suspicious
- Tool Replacement Limits
- Replacement tools are provided at TradeSafe247’s discretion
- Tools supplied may not be identical but will be fit for purpose
- Limits may apply per claim, per incident, or per membership period
- TradeSafe247 is not liable for brand preference, cosmetic differences, or upgrade requests
- Delivery
- Delivery times of 24–48 hours are targets, not guarantees
- Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability
- Delivery is limited to UK mainland unless otherwise stated

- We do not compensate for loss of income
- We do not provide financial payouts
- We do not replace every possible tool loss
Our service is designed to reduce downtime, not eliminate all business risk.
- Fair Use & Misuse
TradeSafe247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where there is:
- Abuse of the service
- Excessive or suspicious claims
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Misrepresentation of events
Any tools supplied under fraudulent circumstances remain the property of TradeSafe247.
- Cancellation
10.1 By You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds are provided for part-used billing periods
10.2 By TradeSafe247
We may suspend or terminate your membership if:
- Terms are breached
- Payments fail
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TradeSafe247 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for loss of earnings, contracts, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months
- Data Protection
TradeSafe247 processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with suppliers and couriers solely to deliver services.
- Changes to Terms
TradeSafe247 may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
